Many AC8080LF PSU's (Philips DVD Home Theater HTS 3100) have the same breakdown cause:

Burned components :

Bottom side under IC TL3842P - smd resistors
R15: 1K
R18: 22 Ohm
R20: 10K
R69: 4.7K
Q4 : 2SC945 or 2N3904 (1A, 1AM) smd transistor
Sometimes Q9 : BC817 (6BW) smd transistor

Top side
D7 : 304G or HER304 (3A 600V diode)
Q1 : Power FET(on the heatsink) : 2SK3562 (600V 6A N Channel Rds(on) 0.9 Ohm)
R164 : 0,22 ohm 2W
Sometimes : fuse F1 3.15A 250V
