Using pin17 instead of pin19 is a must.
I wasted many days in the original thread with the wrong wiring.
The settings in the uctapsrv.cpu file are not critical and are just for the users
convenience.All that is needed is the cpu name and id,the uctapsrv program takes care
of the rest.

The original concept is based on the pvr2flash.rar that was designed
to jtag a sti5514 based pace3100 sat receiver.That is where the updated
uctapsrv program was ripped from.
